Hi perspective tenant!
I am looking for a person to stay in my room in a student shared apartment in WHO from the 15.July until 20.September. It does not matter if you are a girl or a boy, as long as you are friendly, accurate, non-smoker - it might work out.
The room itself is ca.13 sq meters and all furnished, including some of the extra stuff I intend to leave there (printer, mirror stand, curtains, internet router). The washing machines are shared with the people in the building and come at an additional cost of 1.50 euro per wash, usually, there is no waiting time. The bathroom is shared with two other people, one of them is EXTREMELY clean. You'll get everything you need plus super friendly neighbors and a very cool balcony - perfect for summer barbeques and chillouts. Did I mention that you won't need to bring your cuttlery/dishes? Uh-huh.
If you are new - the apartment is located in the student district and has a very good bus connection with the rest of the city: center, clinics, university buildings, you name it (buses #2,3,4,5,6 + night ones). There are two supermarkets, a post office, and a bakery 30 meters away.
WG-life
As I have mentioned it is a student WG and we look for someone who is friendly and easy going, not a party animal, non-smoker. Unfortunately there is no chance of throwing big parties or dropping the beat around, but if you are up to couple of beers or wine glasses in the evening - herzlich wilkommen :)
