Ich biete mein Studentenwohnheimszimmer zur Zwischenmiete an. Die Monatsmiete beträgt 257 Euro inklusive Nebenkosten und Interne. Es kommen also keine weiteren Kosten hinzu. Falls der Parkplatz genutzt wird, kostet dieser 10 Euro pro Monat. Das Zimmer ist ab 15. August frei. Der Einzugstermin kann aber individuell ausgemacht werden.

Das Zimmer liegt in Waldhäuser Ost und ist über den ÖPNV gut an die Innenstadt angeschlossen. In der Nähe gibt es Einkaufsmöglichkeiten (10 min), ein Schwimmbad und die Max-Planck-Institute. Bei Interesse einfach melden und wir können einen Besichtigungstermin ausmachen.

Room in student apartment for rent till end of September. The moving-in day is flexible. The rent of 257 Euro/month is with all cost (electricity, internet etc.). A parking space can be rented for 10 Euro/month The apartment is in Waldhäuser Ost and close to grocery shops (10 min) and bus stations (5 min). A public swimming pool as well as the Max-Planck-Institutes are close (5 - 10 min).
