This is a 4 room flat.
My flatmate and I are moving out, so we are looking for the next tenant.
Our room is warm rent including water, electricity, internet, the broadcasting fee (Rundfunkbeitrag).
The deposit (Kaution) is 2-month rent.

It is located directly at bus station Erlenweg.
We have bus number 2, 3, 4, 5, closed to 6 as well.
Therefore, it is super convenient to city center or to Tübingen University Hospital (Universitätsklinikum Tübingen)
Nearby, it takes 5 min to supermarket by foot and takes 10 min to penny by bus.
Postoffice and pharmacy are also closed around 10 min by foot.
In general, we are happy to live here.
Unfortunately, I am leaving Germany.
We would like to find someone who is willing to take over our furniture.
For Room1, 300 euro including bed, table, closet, bookshelf.....
