I'm looking for someone to move in for short-term (ideally from 15.01.2024 to 01.05.2024 but dates are flexible). The room is 11m2. It has a large window and is bright all day long. You have the option of getting the room empty but I prefer if you can buy the furniture (bed, cupboard, and desk), which are super new.
The apartment is on 19th floor and sunny all day as it faces south. We do have an amazing view of the Swabian Alps and the city with a large balcony. We will share the rest of the apartment: a large living room, fully-equipped kitchen, bathroom/toilet, guest toilet, and cellar.
The apartment is located north of Tübingen. A bus stop is a few minutes away. You can reach the old town and the train station in 10-15 mins. There is a large Edeka just behind the bus stop. Several research facilities are within 10-15 min walking distance. Behind the building is a forest where you can do outdoor activities and a public swimming pool right downstairs!
I'm a postdoc at Tübingen AI Center. I lived in shared flats for ~6 years now. I'm a big sports nerd - so you'll see my doing/watching/reading sports a lot. I also enjoy traveling, reading, and painting. I very much enjoyed my previous shared flat experiences and hope to have a harmonious shared house again. It would be nice to occasionally do things together at home, like casual discussions with a beer, cooking or eating together. We also have a beamer and big white wall, so naturally movie nights! Also, I do travel often and have guests for stay, meaning that you'll be sometimes alone at home and sometimes with more people :)
