Wir haben ein schönes, helles Zimmer für drei Monate zu vermieten, da unser lieber Mitbewohner auszieht. Die Wohnung ist unter dem Dach, daher gibt es die ein oder andere Dachschräge. Im Zimmer selbst geht es (s. Foto) noch auf eine weitere Ebene hoch, wo man gut seinen Schlafplatz einrichten kann. Unsere Küche ist zwar klein und im Flur, lädt aber ein zum zusammen kochen und quatschen.
Das WC und das kleine Bad sind getrennt, große Staus gibt es hier somit nicht allzu oft :)
Wir (Raphael und Jakob) sind schon in höheren Semestern, freuen uns aber auf jeglichen neuen Einfluss in unserer WG! Wir suchen weltoffene Menschen, die ihren Kopf einsetzen können aber den Spaß am Leben nicht zu kurz kommen lassen.
Wir sitzen gern mal zusammen, jeder hat und benötigt aber auch seinen Freiraum, also keine Angst!
Kurz zur Lage der Wohnung: Ihr benötigt ca 10 min zu Fuß zum Brechtbau, 15 zum Kupferbau, in 1min Fußweg fahren die Buslinien 4 und 6. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind in 5 min Busentfernung und 15 min Fußweg im WHO oder eben der Rewe am Fuße des Berges in der Mohlstr.
Ruft einfach an und dann machen wir einen Termin aus, wir freuen uns!

Hello,
we have a nice room to rent, about 3 minutes to the Max-Planck-Institut.
in the room there is a "second floor", where you can put your sleeping place, or what ever you want to do there..
We have a nice, little kitchen to cook, chat and sit aorund and drink a glass of wine, bathroom and toilet are separated.
We (Jakob and Raphael) would be pleased to welcome an open minded flatmate, who likes to see eachother, but who knows that anybody needs his/her free space.
There is no fourniture in the room, besides one matrace!
Although we're a on the hill, the flat is near to the city centre and the university (only 10 min. to walk to Brechtbau, 15 min. to Kupferbau/Neue Aula).
shopping facilities are in 10 min. to walk (REWE Mohlstraße and at WHO).
Call us, and we will talk about everything and a meeting in the flat!
