Since our long-term co-inhabitant and friend Tobi will be moving out soon, we are looking for a new flat mate in our flatshare from September 2022, with a potential possibility of an earlier move-in date.
The available room is approximately 13 square metres with wooden flooring, for approximately 330€ (including utilities). Current furniture available in the room can be taken over at a nominal price. Additional furniture is also available in the house, and can be used if needed. The move in date is from 1st September 2022, and an earlier move-in date in August may be possible after discussion.
The house forms the southern boundary of the Max Planck Campus Tübingen, and the Institutes are a 1-2 minutes walking distance from the house. The closest bus stops (Correnstraße, Max-Planck-Institute, Ochsenweide) are all within 5 minutes walking distance and are served by lines 3, 4 and 17, with regular connections to the Old Town, train station, WHO, the clinics and southern part of Tübingen (Südstadt).
Apartment:
It is a family house with 5 rooms, a kitchen, a toilet, a bathroom with toilet, and attic, spread over three floors. The apartment also has a large basement with a boiler room, and a backyard garden, which can be accessed without going through the house. The kitchen has a dishwasher, oven, 2 refrigerators, a large freezer, ample storage space and a dining table.
Flat mates:
Your flat mates would be Asena (from Turkey) and Devansh (from India). Asena has recently finished her bachelors and will soon be starting her masters at the University of Tübingen, and Devansh is a PhD student at the MPI for Biology. We are all cheerful and easy-going people, and are looking for similarly minded individuals as potential flat mates as our flat mates, preferably for long term. Masters and PhD students are preferred. The house is especially conveniently located for people working at the one of the MPIs, all of which are less than a minute's walk from the house.
