The room is 11 m2 in size but it actually feels larger given its shape. There is a window in the room which keeps it bright and warm. it is already furnished with a bed, chair, study desk, cupboard, bookshelf, and a nightstand so you can move in without buying any furniture.
Going out from the room, we have a big bathroom with a bathtub inside and another one which we refer to as guest bathroom (but not really). There is a big sofa in the hallway with a huge TV you can chill!
The kitchen is pretty big including two fridges, oven, stove, lots of cabinets, microwave, hood, coffeemaker, grinder, etc.. we also have a cellar to store our stuff here in the house.
The building has 21 floors and we have access to the tallest view of Tubingen! we also have a dentist and a physiotherapist in the building! there is a big laundry room on the ground floor, bicycle storage, and yet another storage room underground.
you can move in by the 5th of May but moving in by end of July (or first of August) is also possible.
The location is perfect. we have access to supermarket, 2 bus stations, swimming pool, bio market, pharmacy, gym, general doctor, dentist ( located in our building actually) all in less than 10 mins by walk. you are only 15 mins away from the forest which is really ideal for walking.
We are not looking for any of the following
1. a smoky/party/messy person
2. not seeing yourself following a regular cleaning schedule
3. having a pet is not allowed by the landlord
This flatshare is perfect for you if you are looking for a quiet and clean environment with friendly people who enjoy doing something together every now and then. your future flatmates are the following:
Emma: she is the newest in the flat, doing a master in English literature. She is mad about music (mostly rock and metal) and plays a wide range of instruments (not in the house!) such as drums, piano and ... She speaks English, German and French
Hassan: He is a PhD student doing AI, he is pretty busy during the week. He enjoys mountain biking, working out, climbing, sport in general. He speaks English, Farsi, Kurdish, and a little German.
Luise: she is a bachelor's student in biochemistry and she is not often around. when she is here, she has a full garden to manage on her balcony! she likes climbing and she also plays the piano! she speaks English and German. She will be leaving soon then we have to decide on a new flatmate again.
