Ab Mai haben wir ein freies Zimmer in unserer WG.
Das Zimmer ist 17m² groß und bietet damit reichlich Platz für deine Möbel. Bis auf 2 Regale, die übernommen werden können, ist das Zimmer unmöbliert.
Die Wohnung ist äußerst modern (2019 fertiggestellt) und mit 140m² sehr groß.
Der riesige Wohnbereich ist gut ausgestattet (siehe Fotos) und wir haben noch ein kleines Home-Gym.
Direkt am Wohnbereich ist auch unser großer Balkon (7m²) mit super Ausblick.
Sehr schöne und ruhige Lage.
Bushaltstelle ist in ca. 2-4 min zu Fuß erreichbar.
Der Bus 7625 kommt alle 30 min, bringt dich innerhalb 7 min nach Tübingen mit super Einkaufsmöglichkeiten (Kaufland, Aldi etc.) und innerhalb 15 min zum Tübingen Hauptbahnhof.
In der WG wohnen:
Matin (20) studiert Sportwissenschaft im 1. Semester
Yunus (23) studiert Informatik im 1. Semester
Zijun (22) macht das Abitur
Wir sind sehr umgänglich und in unserer WG herrscht eine freundliche und entspannte Atmosphäre.
