Ich suche eine(n) nette(n) Zwischenmieter(in) für ein WG-Zimmer. Das helle Zimmer kann voll möbliert (Bett inkl. Matraze, Schreibtisch, Stuhl, Schrank) sein - muss aber nicht Das heißt wenn du deine eigenen Möbel hast, ist das gar kein Problem. Das Bad mit Dusche und die voll ausgestattete Küche (Spülmaschine, Mikrowelle, Gefrierschrank, Backofen, Kühlschrank, Teller, Besteck, Gläser, Tassen, Töpfe, Pfannen, Backutensilien, etc) teilst du dir mit zwei lieben Mitbewohnern (m/f).
Das Zimmer hat direkten Zugang zu einem großen Westbalkon. Waschmaschine, Trockner und Trockenraum stehen im Gemeinschaftskeller zur Verfügung, dein Fahrrad kannst du vor dem Haus oder im Fahrradkeller abstellen.

I am looking for a tenant to sublet a bright 11 qm room in the north of Tubinga.
The room can be fully funished (bed, desk, chair, shelf, cabinet) if desired, but doesn't have to. Meaning, if you bring your own furniture that will be totally fine.
The bathroom with a shower and the fully equipped kitchen (dish washer, microwave, freezer, oven, fridge, plates, utensils, glasses, cups, pots, pans, baking accessories, etc) will be shared with two other tenants.
The room has access to a great west-balcony.
Common washing machine, dryer and drying room are available in the basement.
You can leave your bike at bicycle stand in front of the house or in the basement for bicycles.

Die WG befindet sich im 2. OG eines Mehrfamilienhauses in einer verkehrsberuhigten Zone. Parkplätze stehen in der Nähe kostenfrei zur Verfügung. Nur 5 Gehminuten entfernt befindet sich ein Supermarkt, Bäcker, Post, Apotheke, Metzger, Obst- u. Gemüsehändler und ein ital. Restaurant. Von der Bushaltestelle Wanne/Kunsthalle fahren die Linien 5, 13 und 17 ca alle 10 Minuten in 5 min auf die Morgenstelle und ins WHO und in 10-15min in die Innenstadt und zum Bahnhof. Der MPI Campus ist in 15 min zu Fuß erreichbar. Der nahe Schönbuch lädt zum Erholen und Joggen ein.

The shared flat is located on the second floor in an appartment house in a reduced-traffic area. Cars can be parked without a charge in a close distance. Within 5 minutes walking distance a supermarket, bakery, post office, pharmacy, butcher and an Italian restaurant can be found. The busses #5, #13 and #17 leave the close busstop "Wanne/Kunsthalle" approx. every 10 min. They will reach the "Morgenstelle" (University campus for Natural Sciences) within 10 minutes and to get down-town or to the train station you will need 15 minutes by bus. The Max Planck Campus can be reached within 15 minutes by foot.
The close Schönbuch (natural preserve) is really nice to jog, ride your bike or just relax.

Die Wohnung wird zur Zeit von zwei Zwischenmietern bewohnt, da ich erst im nächsten Semester selber in die Wohnung einziehen möchte. Das heißt die Wohnung ist so toll, dass ich sie unbedingt halten möchte :-)
Ich achte jedoch darauf, dass die Leute auch gut zusammen wohnen können und alle zusammen passen (in Absprache mit den jeweiligen Bewohnern).

For now and until spring 2014 the appartment will be sublet to three tenants, since I only want to move in to the appartment next year. You see, the appartment is that nice that I definately want to keep it :-)
I will take care that all tenants living together get along well (upon consultation with the other tenants).
