da ich mit meinem Freund zusammen ziehe gebe ich nun mein Zimmer an jemand anderen weiter.
Das Zimmer ist komplett möbliert (Bett, Waschbecken, Spiegel, Schrank, Schreibtisch). Vor ca. 1 Jahr wurden alle Zimmer im Wohnheim komplett renoviert. Daher ist alles noch sehr gut erhalten.
Im Mietpreis sind sämtliche Nebenkosten (Wasser, Heizung, Strom) enthalten. D.h. die Rückzahlung am Ende des Jahres, wie in anderen WGs, fällt weg.
Wenn man mag kann man sich am WG Leben beteiligen. Öfters sitzen einige von unserer WG zusammen und Trinken oder kochen zusammen :). Allerdings ist es sehr zwanglos, falls du lieber allein sein möchtest. Wenn du gerne Leute kennen lernen möchtest ist es ideal für dich, da man sich auch innerhalb der Stockwerke schnell kennen lernt. Außerdem ist das Wohnheim sehr nah an den Kliniken gelegen, also ideal für Studenten der Naturwissenschaften. Man erreicht die Morgenstelle mit dem Fahrrad in ca 5 min und zu Fuß ca 15 min. In die Stadt sind es ca. 15 min mit dem Bus. Eine Einkaufsmöglichkeit ist auch 5 min entfernt. Dort ist ein Einkaufszentrum (Penny, Apotheke, Metzger, Bäcker, Bank, Schreibwarenladen).

Hi all together :)
since I'm moving in with my boyfriend, I will give away my room to somebody. The room is fully furnished (Bed, sink, mirror, cupboard, desk). 1 year ago all rooms were renovated which means that everything is in good shape.
The rent includes utilities (water, heating, electricity).
If you like, you are welcome to participate in the living community. There is often an evening where people sit in the kitchen and drink or cook together. However, if you don't feel like chatting you may also stay in your room without anybody disturbing you.
If you want to meet new people it's ideal for you because it's easy to get to know someone from the other floors.
Moreover the living community is near Morgenstelle which is ideal if you study eg. science. The way to university is 5 min by bike and 15 min walking. Into the city you will need about 15 min by bus. 5 min away is a shopping centre (Penny, Apotheke, Metzger, Bäcker, Bank, Schreibwarenladen).
