Mein Vermieter hat mich vorher angerufen, dass ein Zimmer im Philosophenweg 28/1 frei ist. Ich selbst wohne in einer anderen WG, von daher kann ich nur ein paar Infos weitergeben. Es hört sich aber echt vielversprechend an. Es handelt sich um eine Wohnung mit zwei Einzelzimmern, die einen separaten Eingang haben.
Das Zimmer ist 18m² groß und kostet unschlagbare 170 Euro/Monat (kann sein, dass noch etwas für Internet, etc dazu kommt). WC und Dusche teilt man sich mit dem Bewohner des anderen Zimmers. Leider hat er mir nicht gesagt, ab wann man einziehen darf, aber ich nehme mal an, ab sofort.
