The room is located on the second floor (1. OG) of a house. The landlords live on the ground floor. The room is *not* furnished, it only contains a TV table, a couch and a wardrobe. It is bright and spacious, the wardrobe gives an illusion that the room is divided into sleeping area and a living room.
The WG is situated in Weilheim, which is around 8 minutes away from HBF with a bus (number 19). The flat is between two bus stops, each 3 minutes on foot. A 10-minute walk away is Real supermarket. Great bike lanes to the city are available right behind the house.
Your future flat mates are:
myself (Natalia, 24, computational linguistics student),
Zlatka (45, worker),
and Ivan (25, political science student, who will soon be leaving)
All of us are quiet and are doing uni work/at work a good portion of our time, but we have a big living room where we can gather together.
The rent (Warmmiete) is 360 euros, transferred monthly to the landlord, and 15 are given in cash to me for the Internet.
There is no Kaution since the landlord doesn't require it.
