Hallo zusammen ! Ich werde Tübingen im August verlassen und suche jemanden, der mein Zimmer übernimmt :) es ist 18qm groß und hat alles, was man braucht. Ich berechne 100€ für die vorhandene Ausstattung, wie Sofa, Tisch, Teppich und andere Dinge, die ich während meines Aufenthaltes hier gekauft habe. Leider werde ich nicht in der Lage sein, meine Möbel mitzunehmen, daher ist die Übernahme *nicht* optional.
Hi everyone! I will be leaving Tübingen in August and am looking for someone to take my room :) it is 18 square metres and it has everything you may need. I’m charging 100€ for existing equipment, such as a sofa, table, carpet and other things I have gotten during my stay here. Unfortunately, I will not be able to get any of my furniture, therefore overtaking it is *not* optional.
Es gibt zwei Bushaltestellen in der Nähe des Hauses, beide sind 3 Minuten zu Fuß entfernt. Der Bus 19 ist mit Weilheim verbunden, und es dauert ca. 15-20 Minuten, um zum Hauptbahnhof zu gelangen. Früher waren es 8 Minuten, aber die Route hat sich aufgrund von Straßenarbeiten vorübergehend geändert. Mit dem Fahrrad sind es auch 10 Minuten.
Außerdem liegt das Haus in der Nähe des Waldes, so dass es sehr ruhig ist und perfekt für diejenigen, die die Natur lieben!
There are two bus stations near the house, both a 3 minute walk away. The bus 19 is connected to Weilheim, and it takes about 15-20 minutes to get to the main station. It used to be 8 minutes, but the route has temporarily changed due to road works. It is also 10 minutes with a bike.
Additionally, the house is located near the woods so it’s very peaceful and perfect for those who love nature!
Wir sind eine sehr gemischte WG, wenn es um Alter, Geschlecht, Beruf und Herkunft geht. Ihre zukünftigen Mitbewohner werden sein:
-Zlatka, 45, Arbeiterin aus Bulgarien
-Ammar, 30, aus Syrien, der nach seinem Masterabschluss einen Job sucht
-Amir, 18, ein Schüler aus Afghanistan, der seit 6 Jahren in Deutschland lebt.
Wir sind alle freundlich zueinander, aber wir treffen uns aufgrund der Arbeit nicht so oft.
We are a very mixed WG, when it comes to age, gender, occupation and background. Your future flatmates will be:

-Ammar, 30, from Syria who is looking for a job after his masters degree
-Amir, 18, a student from Afghanistan who has lived in Germany for the past 6 years.
We are all friendly towards each other, but we don’t really get together all that often due to work.
