A 2-month opening in Tuebigen's one and only "alpha-house". The house is in a great location, just outside of Innenstad.
The room is about 14 sq meters, fully furnished - bed, closet, desk, office chair.
The flat has a fully fitted kitchen-living room with a big TV, one bathroom and one extra toilet. Washing machine and tumble dryer is shared with neighbors from upstairs.
The kitchen-living room has a nice terrace area connected, albeit now a bit scarred by a construction currently happening on the facade.
The locations is in Weststadt, just outside of Innenstadt. EDEKA and REWE closeby. Bus stop Rappstrasse roughly 34s of walking from the house but if you make a run for it will be even faster.
The best thing about this house is not the location nor the interior (as if that was not enough). The best thing about it is your two companions - Mikel the Smash-Bro and Matthew the Immense. Mikel is working on a PhD in Robotics and enjoys strangling people in his free time, Matthew is working on a PhD in biomechanics and there ain't no piece of iron he can't lift and also plays drums (sometimes those drums are imaginary).
Jokes aside, they are two of the coolest flatmates you could wish for. ;-)
50MBit internet included in the rent.
