Das Zimmer ist etwa 12-14 Quadratmeter groß und befindet sich im obersten Stockwerk des Hauses.
Das Zimmer hat zwei Fenster (nebeneinander). Es gibt eine Dachschräge, allerdings ist diese so hoch, dass man problemlos stehen kann.
Es ist möbliert, jedoch kann man auf Wunsch die Möbel in Absprache mit dem Vermieter entweder entsorgen oder in eine Abstellkammer stellen.
Das Zimmer hat einen Teppichboden.
Die Warmmiete beträgt maximal 430€.
The castings will take place between the 21st and 27th of August.
The room is about 12-14 square meters. It is located at the top of the building. There are 2 windows and the room is fully furnitured, but if you like to get creative you are allowed to remove the furniture after talking to the landlord. The rent is maximum 430€ in total. It is a „pitched roof area“ (I hope that‘s the right word for it😅) but you can stand without any problems. There is a carpet in this room.
Die WG befindet sich in der Tübinger Weststadt. In der Nähe der WG befindet sich ein Aldi, mehrere Möbelgeschäfte, eine Bäckerei und ein DM.
Wenn du gerne Sport machst, dann ist die Gegend perfekt für dich, denn es gibt sowohl das Fitnessstudio McShape in der Nähe (keine 5 Minuten zu Fuß entfernt) als auch gute Möglichkeiten zum spazieren und joggen zu gehen. Die Bushaltestelle „Hagellocher Weg“ ist in etwa 2 Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar und du brauchst mit dem Bus etwa 10 Minuten zum Zentrum. Zur Tal-Uni sind es zu Fuß etwa 30 Minuten mit dem Bus 15 Minuten + ein kurzer Fußweg/ umsteigen in der Wilhelmstraße. Wenn du am Campus Morgenstelle studierst, dann kannst du bei der Haltestelle „Parkhaus König“ umsteigen.
The flat is in the quarter „Weststadt“. Close by, there is a supermarket (Aldi), several places where you can buy furniture, a bakery and a „DM“. If you like to do sports, the gym „McShape“ is about 5 minutes away. Also this area is nice, if you like to go for a run or a walk. If you want to walk to the university, it will take you roughly 30 minutes. A bus comes every 30 minutes and the bus stop is about 2 minutes away from the flat.
Wir suchen nur nach einem männlichen Mitbewohner, da bisher nur Johannes als einziger Junge hier wohnt! Insgesamt können im Haus 8 Studenten wohnen. In der unteren WG leben 2 Mädels und 1 Junge. Oben können 5 Personen wohnen. Aktuell wohnen hier Mel (25), sie studiert Ethnologie und Indologie, und ich (Saskia, 24) studiere Englisch, Geschichte und Russisch im Master of Education. Gerade wohnt noch Olivia hier, aber da sie nur für ein Praktikum inTübingen war zieht sie noch diesen Monat aus. Zwei Zimmer sind aktuell reserviert, falls die beiden sich doch gegen einen Einzug entscheiden, dann gibt es nochmal 2 weitere Zimmer. Mel ist gerne für sich alleine und spielt ab und an Klavier. Ich male gerne, gehe gerne ins Gym und treffe mich öfters mit Freunden auf einen Kaffee und in der Bib. Mir ist es sehr wichtig, dass die WG keine Zweck-WG ist, deshalb kommst du nur in Frage, wenn auch dir ein WG- Leben wichtig ist. Natürlich muss man nicht jeden Tag was machen, aber ab und an zusammen kochen, abends mal weggehen oder einen Spieleabend zu machen, etc. wäre schön.
We are only looking for a male room mate as besides Johannes (downstairs) there are only girls living here! There are 8 students in this house. In the flat downstairs, there are 2 girls and 1 boy. Upstairs it‘s me (Saskia,24) i am already in my masters degree in education and Mel (25) who studies Ethnology and Indology. Mel prefers to be on her own. I would love to have a new flatmate who would also like to spend time with the flat (cooking together, going out, game nights, etc.).
