Wir suchen zum 1. März einen Nachmieter für ein großes Zimmer in 2er Wg.
Es handelt sich um eine Kellerwohnng, in einem Mehrfamilienhaus, das Zimmer hat jedoch 4 große Fenster und ist somit hell.
Die WG ist mäßig ausgestattet, da viele Sachen von meinem Mitbewohner stammen und neu angeschafft werden müssen (vorallem Waschmaschiene)
Das Zimmer ist bis auf ein Regal nicht möbiliert.
Es gibt kein Extra Wohnzimmer, aber Küche , Badezimmer, Stauraum/Waschküche sind vorhanden.
Ihr könnt anrufen oder schreiben wenn ihr interessiert seid und euch das ganze anschauen.

Zur Innenstadt/Uni braucht man je nach Tempo zu Fuß ~20 , mit dem Fahrrad ~10 min. Es gibt auch eine Bushaltstelle 1 min entfernt.
