5er WG Zimmer in Altstadtnähe

Die Lage ist relativ nah an der Altstadt (5 Minuten Fußweg), und der Westbahnhof ist ebenfalls nur 5 Minuten zu Fuß entfernt. Direkt vor dem Haus befindet sich eine Bushaltestelle, wo zwei Linien zum Nonnenhaus und Hauptbahnhof fahren. Zur Wilhelmstraße und Neuen Aula sind es ca. 15 Minuten zu Fuß. Direkt nebenan (1 Minute zu Fuß) besindet sich ein großer Supermarkt (Rewe) und ein Saturn.

The location is close to the old town (5 minutes by foot), and the west train station is only 5 minutes by foot as well. Right in front of the house is a bus stop with two lines taking you to the Nonnenhaus and main station. The university (Neue Aula and Wilhelmstraße) are only 15 minutes by foot. Right next to the house is a big supermarket (Rewe) and a Saturn.

Deine zukünftigen Mitbewohner sind 3 Frauen (zwei Studentinnen und eine Auszubildende) und ein Mann (Student) im Alter zwischen 19 und 24 Jahren (alle Deutsch). Das Atmosphäre in der WG ist sehr fröhlich und in der Regel machen wir jede Woche einen gemeinsamen Kochabend, bei dem wir gemütlich zusammen sitzen und reden. Es wird oft im Zimmer oder auf dem Flur gequatsch und es gibt es die Möglichkeit, sich in sein Zimmer zurückzuziehen. Auch wenn wir nicht die aktivste WG sind suchen wir auf jeden Fall jemanden in unserem Alter (egal ob Student oder nicht), der zu uns passt und unsere gut gelaunte und unkomplizierte Wohngemeinschaft bereichert. Ein gemeinsamer, selbst organisierter Putzplan regelt die Sauberkeit in unserer WG.

Your future flatmates are 3 women (two students and one apprentice) and one man (student), age 19-24 (all German). The flat atmosphere is cheerful and we usually meet up once a week to cook, eat and chat together. We often chat in the rooms or on the corridor, but there is also the possibility to withdraw end enjoy the privacy of your room. Although we are not the most active flat, we are looking for someone our age (does not have to be a student) that fits to us and complenents our good mood and our straightforwardness. A shared, self-organized cleaning plan takes care of our flats cleanliness.

- Im Zimmer ist ein angeschraubtes Wandregal, ein Holzregal, ein kleiner Eckschrank, Schreibtisch, 1,40 Bett mit Matratze und Rost und eine funktionierende Mikrowelle. Bei Interesse lasse ich Sachen kostenlos da, alles andere nehme ich mit/gebe ich zum Sperrmüll.
- Ein Rolladen am Fenster ist eingebaut, man kann also komplett dunkel machen
- Es gibt einen Haushälter (im Mietpreis inbegriffen), der u.a. die Mülleimer für uns rausstellt
- Hinter dem Haus gibt es einen kleinen Garten, den wir mitbenutzen dürfen. Super zum Grillen, Sonnen etc.
- Hinter dem Haus gibt es Stellplätze für Fahrräder
- Die Waschmaschine im Bad kostet pro Waschgang 2€, man kann nur mit 50 ct Stücken zahlen.
- Internet zahlen wir selbst, ca. 5-10€ pro Monat
- Die Vermieterin wünscht ein Mietverhältnis von mindestens einem Jahr und möchte den Mieter vor dem Einzug persönlich, zumindest telefonisch kennenlernen.
- Bitte NICHT direkt unten vor dem Haus parken, der Herr von der Massagepraxis im Erdgeschoss liebt es, Falschparker binnen Minuten abschleppen zu lassen.

- There's a fixed wall shelf, a wood shelf, a small cupboard, a wooden desk, a 1.40x2 m bed with mattress and frame and a microwave in a room. I would leave to you for free what you want, the rest I will get rid of.
- There is a rolling shutter outside the window, so you can make the room completely dark at night.
- We have a house worker that (among other things) takes the trashcans to the street for us (included in the rent)
- Behind the house is a small garden that we can use. Perfect for BBQs, sunbathing etc.
- There is a place where you can put your bicycle behind the house
- The washing machine in the bathroom costs 2€ per run, and you can only pay with 50 ct coins.
- We pay for internet ourselves, ca. 5-10€ per month
- The landlord lady prefers a tenancy of at least one year and wishes to get to know you personally, at least on the phone before you move in.
- Please DO NOT park directly in front of the house, the mister from the massage office in the first floor loves to tow your car within minutes.
