I am moving to live by my own and I am offering my room for the beginning of September! I'm a PhD student and here in the flat everybody are scientists as well. Besides me, is Antoine, a Postdoc at the Max Planck, and Berthold, a computer scientist.
The room is very well lit, it is spacious and it has a view directly to the garden. It is in a quiet area, but the building is full of young people. If you want to, I can leave the desks and bed (without mattress) in it for free, otherwise it will go to the sperrmüll instead :) . Please since this is a building full of young people, we request that the limit age is from 20 to 35.

The flat is located 5 min by foot from bus 14 that goes to the Uniklinikum, buses 8 and 16 (city center) are 7 minutes instead. You have REWE and Saturn also 5 min by foot, and everything you need (pharmacy, DM) is quite close by. The city center is 15 min away by foot or way closer by bus.
Here you can be all by yourself or talk, it is your choice. We are all busy people (this is more of a Zweck-WG) and we all respect everyone spaces. But if you want to socialize, it is of course possible!
You can have DSL internet shared in the flat, or you can have cable internet by your own. I had UnityMedia/Vodafone installed in my room because I work with very high speed internet on my data. I mention it so you can choose.
