Meine Mitbewohnerin zieht aus und deshalb wird ein Zimmer frei. Das Zimmer ist ist hell und hat einen Zugang zum Garten. Das Bett mit Matratze verbleibt in dem Zimmer.
Die Wohnung besteht aus den drei WG-Räumen + Küche, Bad, Gästeklo und einem kleinen Durchgangszimmer, welches zurzeit als Gemeinschaftszimmer benutzt wird. Zusätzlich haben wir eine Terrasse mit Garten. Die Wohnung wurde Ende 2019 frisch renoviert und ist somit in einem sehr guten Zustand. Die Küche ist voll ausgestattet mit elektrischem Herd, Backofen, Kühlschrank mit Tiefkühlfach und Spülmaschine. Zusätzlich haben wir ein Kellerabteil und eine Waschmaschine.
Fahrräder kann man gut auf der Terrasse abstellen und es gibt Parkplätze.
My flatmate is leaving the flat and that's why her room becomes available. It is a nice bright room with access to the garden.
The apartment consists of the three rooms of the inhabitants + kitchen, bathroom, guest toilet and a small passage room, which is currently used as a common room. In addition, we have a terrace and a garden. The apartment was freshly renovated at the end of 2019 and is therefore in very good condition. The kitchen is fully equipped with electric stove, oven, refrigerator with freezer and dishwasher. In addition, we have a cellar compartment and a washing machine.
Bicycles can be easily parked on the terrace and there is parking available with the apartment.
Die Wohnung liegt in der Weststadt und ist etwa 20 min zu Fuß und 5 min mit dem Fahrrad von der Altstadt entfernt. Eine Haltestelle steht praktisch direkt vor der Haustüre, wodurch auch die Busverbindung sehr gut nutzbar ist.
Man hat mehrere Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, die zu Fuß gut erreichbar sind (REWE, EDEKA, ALDI ca. 5 min). Zum Essen gibt’s einen netten Asia Imbiss in der Nähe und den Dominos praktisch um die Ecke.
The apartment is located in the Weststadt and is about a 20 min walk or 5 min by bike away from the Old Town. A bus stop is practically right outside the front door, which also makes the bus connection very usable.
There are several shopping opportunities within walking distance (REWE, EDEKA, ALDI about 5 min). For food there is a nice Asia takeaway nearby and the Dominos is practically around the corner.
In der WG-Leben noch meine Mitbewohnerin Carina (21, studiert Politikwissenschaft und Theologie im 6.) und ich (21, studiere Molekulare Medizin im 6.). Die WG-Atmosphäre ist entspannt. Es ist keine Zweck WG und je nach dem wie man Zeit hat quatscht man miteinander, kocht zusammen oder unternimmt was miteinander.
My flatmate Carina (21, studies political science and theology in the 6th semester) and i (21, study molecular medicin in the 6th semester) live in the shared flat. The WG atmosphere is relaxed. It is not a purpose WG and depending on if you have time we chat with each other, cook together or do something together.
Weil das Zimmer das einzige ist mit direktem Zugang zum Garten müsstes du dich dazu bereiterklären, uns bei passenden Situationen durch dein Zimmer zu lassen.
