The room is a corner room, part of a large and bright flat in an older building. It is unfurnished and has windows towards the south overlooking the street, the west, has a window nook and connects to the balcony. The floor in the room is hardwood and the ceiling is quite high, as is usual in these nice old houses.
Some furniture could possibly be provided.
The kitchen is furnished, includes a washing machine, dishwasher, fridge/freezer and electric stove.
There is 1 bathroom with bathtub, 1 bathroom with shower/toilet and 1 small toilet.

Das Zimmer ist Teil einer geräumigen und hellen Wohnung in einem schönen Altbau. Es ist ein unmöbliertes Eckzimmer mit einer Fensternische gen Süden zur Straße und einem Fenster gen Westen und außerdem Zugang zum Balkon.
Der Fußboden hat Parkett und die Decke ist recht hoch, wie in diesen Altbauten üblich.
Einige wenige Möbelstücke können gegebenenfalls nach Absprache zur Verfügung gestellt werden.
Die Küche der Wohnung ist möbliert, einschließlich Waschmaschine, Geschirrspüler, Kühl-/Gefrierschrank und elektrischem Herd mit Ceranfeld. Die Wohnung verfügt über 1 Badezimmer mit Badewanne, 1 Badezimmer mit Dusche/WC und 1 WC.
The flat is close to university institutes and university clinics and near to Tübingen center.
A busstop is right in front of the door and the main station is 20 min away by foot and 5 min by bike.
Supermarket, organic market and pharmacy are right next door.

Bushaltestelle direkt vor der Haustür, Hauptbahnhof zu Fuß 20 min entfernt, mit dem Fahrrad 5 min.
Supermarkt, Biomarkt und Apotheke sind direkt nebenan.
The housemates are German and International PhD students, postdocs and working people. We often speak English since not everyone in the flat speaks German.
Socialising in the flat varies, but the kitchen is a frequent spot to sit and talk in a relaxed atmosphere. We'd love to have someone who doesn't treat the flat as just a place to sleep.

Die WG-Mitglieder sind deutsche und internationale Doktoranden, Postdocs und Berufstätige. Es wird häufig Englisch gesprochen, da nicht alle Mitbewohner Deutsch können.
Das WG-Leben schwankt etwas in seiner Geselligkeit, man trifft sich aber gern und häufig in der Küche und sitzt gemütlich zusammen. Wir würden uns freuen wenn jemand einzieht, der die WG nicht nur als Zweckbleibe betrachtet.
We're looking for someone who likes to have chill flatmates to hang out with, sometimes in the kitchen, or the living room, or the balcony or even around Tübingen. Our flat isn't one for weekly big noisy parties and we're looking for someone at least post-grad or working.
Shoot us a message anytime, we can figure out a viewing in person or online. Right now Jana who is leaving our flat is still in the room, but it'll be free around the middle of the month probably.

Wir suchen jemanden, der gern entspannt Zeit mit seinen WG-Mitbewohnern verbringt, sei das in der Küche, dem Wohnzimmer, auf dem Balkon, oder sogar in und um Tübingen. Wir sind keine großen Party-Leute mehr, alle recht ruhig und suchen wen, der entweder berufstätig oder schon fortgeschritten ist im Studium.
Schreib uns einfach ne Nachricht, dass wir einen Besichtigungstermin ausmachen können (persönlich oder online). Jana, die unsere WG verlässt, wohnt momentan noch im Zimmer, wird aber gen Mitte des Monats ausziehen.
