Das Zimmer hat ein großes Fenster durch das es tagsüber immer hell ist. Es ist gut geschnitten, sodass es trotz der nur 11qm ausreichend Platz gibt. In dem Zimmer steht ein Bett, Schreibtisch, Kleiderschrank, Schrank und Regal. Ich möchte alles in dem Zimmer lassen und alles kann genutzt werden.
The room has a large window through which it is always bright during the day. It is well cut, so there is enough space despite the only 11sqm. In the room is a bed, desk, closet, wardrobe and shelf. I would like to leave everything in the room and everything can be used.
Das Haus liegt im Stadtteil Schönblick/Winkelwiese, dem oberen Ende der Haußerstraße. Von dem Haus sind 3 Bushaltestellen innerhalb von 2-3 Minuten zu erreichen, sodass tagsüber alle 5-10 Minuten Busse Richtung Innenstadt/Uni fahren. Ein Edeka ist nicht weit und leicht zu erreichen. Ansonsten ist der Schönbuch Wald fast nebenan, ideal für alle die gerne spazieren, laufen oder draußen sind.
The house is located in the Schönblick/Winkelwiese district, the upper end of Haußerstraße. There are 3 bus stops within 2-3 minutes from the house, so that during the day buses leave every 5-10 minutes in the direction of the city center/university. An Edeka is not far and easy to reach. Otherwise, the Schönbuch forest is almost next door, ideal for those who like to walk, run or be outside.
In der WG wohnen Kasia und Sammy. Kasia befindet sich aktuell in Ihrem PhD Studium und Sammy ist Lehramts Referendar. Sammy macht in seiner Freizeit viel Musik und Kasia zeichnet gerne. Beide sind mit den verschiedensten Serien bestens vertraut und kennen viel mehr Brett-/Kartenspiele als ich. Du solltest wissen, dass die beiden ein Paar sind, was aber meiner Meinung nach kein Problem darstellt.
Da beide durch fortgeschrittenes Studium oder Referendariat unter der Woche viel zu tun haben, sollte dein Lebensstil idealerweise ähnlich sein.
My roommates are Kasia and Sammy. Kasia is currently in her PhD studies and Sammy is a teacher trainee. Sammy makes a lot of music in his free time and Kasia likes to draw. Both of them are familiar with various TV series and know a lot more board/card games than I do. You should know that they are a couple, but in my opinion, this is not a problem.
Since both of them are busy during the week due to studies or traineeship, your lifestyle should ideally be similar.
Ich bin von September bis einschließlich Dezember nicht in Deutschland. Ein Einzug vor dem 01.09. wird vermutlich nicht möglich sein. Beim Auszug lässt es sich bestimmt regeln, falls dieser ein paar Tage später stattfinden soll.
I will not be in Germany from September up to and including December. A move-in before 01.09. will not be possible. When moving out, it might be possible to arrange that this takes place a few days later.
