unfurnished room in multicultural flatshare, nice location

the location is very nice. we have 2 bus stations right here, both are like 2 minutes away on foot and if you wanna walk to the train station it will take about 15 minutes.

for shopping on foot we have lidl and edeka 5minutes and kaufland 10minutes away. if you like to work out, a McFit gym is also right around the corner, aswell as McDonalds(5minutes) and multiple small restaurants for pizza, chinese, etc (although most of them are closed right now of corse because of the lockdown)

the part of town we are located at is called "französisches Viertel". it was originally built and used by the french after WW2. but after their troops left, it was turned into a public living area, and because of the low prices alot of people with alternative lifestyles moved in, and therefore some peolple even call this area the "hippie quarter" of tübingen. With the "Wagenburg" close by, this title is completed.
this means you have alot of colorful artworks everywhere, like nice, big wall paintings, some small graffiti, and of course alot of friendly, nice, open minded and sometimes funny looking people all around.

right now there are 2 guys living in the flat.

ahi, 22, is from africa. he came to germany more than 10 years ago and he is training to become a nurse for children in a kindergarten right now. he likes to go to the gym alot and is outside very often, meeting with his girlfriend and family or doing sports.

david, 33, is a german chef who is unemployed at the moment, of corse unfortunatly corona is a big reason for that. he likes to entertain himself with his computer, like watching youtube, anime and netflix, reading about lots of different topics like psychology or self improvement and playing computer games, but he also loves to cook for/with friends and company.

in our everyday life we mainly keep to ourselves, we both got our own lives. but of corse we also like to do some activities together, like cooking, playing games, etc. its very easy going and you wont have a problem to fit in, but you can also lock yourself into your room and keep completely to yourself, as long as youre not totally antisocial and look after your responsibilities.

from experience we know that in gender mixed flat shares both the guys and the girls are a little bit more responsible, therefore we would prefer female flatmates to have a mixed flat share.

but even more important is that you are a very open minded person. we have and always have had very different cultures and personalities under the same roof here, and we enjoy that very much. and we really like to keep it that way, so being openminded is an absolute must, just like we are. of course this also means there are basically no other criterea, other than having some at least basic intelligence, common sense and reason.
