Looking for a room in a shared apartment in Tubingen

I'm writing as a prospective tenant interested in your shared apartment listing. I'm Nam Nguyen The, a 24-year-old student from Vietnam, enrolled in a Master's Machine Learning program at the University of Tübingen. With my arrival scheduled for September 22nd, 2023, I'm eager to secure accommodation that aligns with my academic journey.

As an enthusiast for football, gym workouts, and cycling, I'm also dedicated to maintaining a clean and harmonious living environment. Fluent in English and Vietnamese, I'm actively learning German to further enhance communication. In addition, I am totally comfortable living with pets.

I'm hoping to arrange an in-person visit to the apartment on September 23rd to gain a better understanding of the space and potentially meet my future flatmates. Alternatively, an online meeting would work for me as well.
