3 nights a month room request

Lieber Mitbewohner,
Ich bin im Übergang zwischen der Arbeit in Deutschland und Belgien. Ich habe meine Wohnung in Tübingen aufgegeben, aber ich brauche noch eine Wohnung für die Stadt und für meine Post. Ich bin derzeit als Redakteurin für eine internationale Zeitschrift angestellt und bin nach Brüssel gekommen, um das Nachrichtenteam für meine Organisation zu schulen.
Wenn Sie ein zusätzliches Zimmer haben, das Sie vermieten möchten, aber eigentlich niemanden darin haben wollen, dann bin ich die Richtige für Sie.
Ich werde das Zimmer höchstwahrscheinlich nur einmal im Monat nutzen, höchstens für 2-3 Nächte.
Ich würde es nur als einen Ort zu bleiben, während ich kümmern sich um Geschäfte in der Stadt, und nur bis Juni.
Ich bin sauber, Nichtraucher, und verantwortlich :), ruhig, respektvoll und freundlich. Ich lebe seit 2015 in Tübingen, ich habe viele Freunde und ehemalige Arbeitgeber, die für meinen Charakter sprechen können. Ich habe im Fachbereich Englisch an der Universität Tübingen und im Fachbereich Fremdsprachen an der Hochschule Reutlingen unterrichtet.
Bitte kontaktieren Sie mich, wenn Sie ein wenig zusätzliches Geld wollen, ohne die Last (oder Kosten) eines tatsächlichen Mitbewohners. Obwohl ich mit einer Tochter komme, hat sie so viele Freunde, dass sie bei Gelegenheit, wenn ich über Nacht bleiben müsste, zu ihren Freunden nach Hause gehen könnte.

Dear prospective flatmate,
I am in transition between working in Germany and Belgium. I have given up my flat in Tuebingen, but I still need a residence for the town and for my mail. I am currently contracted as an editor for an international journal, and came to Brussels to train the news team for my organization.
If you have an extra room that you've thought of renting out, but really don't want anyone actually in, I'm the person you want.
I will most likely only use the room once a month, for 2-3 nights at the most.
I would only use it as a place to stay while I take care of business in town, and only through June.
I am clean, non-smoking, and responsible :), quiet, respectful, and friendly. I've lived in Tuebingen since 2015, I have many friends and former employers who can speak to my character. I taught in the English department at University of Tuebingen, and the Foreign languages department at the Reutlingen Hochschule.
Please be in touch if you want a little extra cash without the burden (or cost) of an actual roommate. Although I come with a daughter, she has so many friends that on the occasion when I needed to stay overnight, she could go to her friends homes.
