Suche WG Zimmer ab Sep/Okt

Hallo ihr Lieben,

ich suche ein WG Zimmer ab 1.9 oder 1.10 in Tübingen für max. 550€. Schufa (solicitar ahora) , Mietschuldenfreiheitsbescheinigung & Bürgschaft liegen vor.
Ab Herbst studiere ich English Literature and Culture im Master an der Uni Tübingen für vorraussichtlich 2 Jahre.

Ich suche eine nette WG, in der man auch mal Zeit miteinander verbringt. WG Erfahrung bringe ich mit und ich bin alt genug um zu sehen, ob etwas geputzt oder der Müll entsorgen werden muss.

Ich bin 23 Jahre alt und meine Hobbies gehen von Baseball zu Yoga und italienisch lernen. Außerdem mache ich gerne Sport und probiere neue Sportarten aus (Sport war auch mein 2. Fach im Bachelor). Ich rauche nicht und bin auch kein Party Mensch.

Eine Bürgschaft ist durch meine Eltern und meine Omas gegeben, außerdem bekomme ich Bafög.
Da ich nicht aus Tübingen komme, ist mir der Bezirk erstmal egal, ich will nur nicht zu lange an die Uni brauchen.

Im Moment wohne ich in Regensburg, dh. ich bräuchte eine kurze Vorplanung für eine mögliche Besichtigung oder ein Kennenlernen. Skype oder Telefon/whatsapp wären mir aber aktuell lieber, bevor ich nach Tübingen reise.

I'm searching a shared apartment in which sharing time sometimes isn't a foreign concept. I already have experience living with other people and can recognise if something needs cleaning or the waste needs to be disposed of.

I'm 23 years old and my hobbies range from baseball to yoga. I like to try out new types of sports because it was my second major in by bachelor's degree. Additionally I learn Italian. I'm a non-smoker and I don't party.

There's a monetary guarantee to pay my rent by my parents and grandmothers. Additionally, I receive Bafög.
I don't mind the area because I'm not from Tübingen but I'd like to travel rather quickly to HU.

Currently I'm living in Regensburg. Thus, I would need a short planning period to travel to an appointment to view the apartment. However, in the current situation it would be better if we could have a quick chat via skype or phone before I travel to Tübingen.
