Looking for a WG near the University of Tübingen

I have been admitted for a masters programm studies in Peace Research and International Relations at University of Tübingen and I am looking for a room and a job during my studies. I am a relaxed, peaceful person, introvert and friendly,. I don't smoke or have remarkable allergies, and I do exercise (bodybuilding through calisthenics and running). I have 4 years of experience in living in WGs during my degree studies, so I have learned a lot about co-living. I speak Spanish, English, some Chinese and intermediate German (but I am not confident enough to use it in a normal basis). I also love animals, specially cats (I have two in my house). I don't have problems with any group (ethnic, gender, national, religious, etc.). International affairs are my passion, and I describe myself as an ecologist.

My priorities of finding a room are: that is located near the University, and is cheap (below 320€). I would like to live with other students or other kind of academics, to study, travel together and learn from each other. I need help to start this new phase in my life, help to find a job and to speak German in a daily basis, and I would like to help others too in whatever they need.

I start my studies in October, but I want to move one or two months before to learn german and find a job. I can't visit the place personally, because I am in Spain right now.
