WG in zentraler Lage sucht neue*n Mitbewohni auf Zeit

Die Wohnung ist sehr zentral in der Südstadt gelegen. Der Hauptbahnhof ist fußläufig in 10 min und die nächste Bushaltestelle (Hechinger Straße) in 3 min erreichbar. Supermärkte wie Aldi, Lidl, Rewe, Edeka-Center, Kaufland, Netto, Fridi-Unverpackt, Alnatura aber auch DM, Apotheke, Bäckerei und Intersport sind fußläufig in 5-10 min erreichbar. Zur Altstadt läuft man in 15 min, mit dem Fahrrad braucht man nur 7 min. Trotz der zentralen Lage handelt es sich um ein ruhiges Wohngebiet.


The apartment is located very centrally in Südstadt (southern part of the city centre). By foot you are at the main station in about 10 minutes and the next bus station (Hechinger Strasse) is reachable by foot in three minutes.
Grocery stores such as Aldi, Lidl, Rewe, Edeka-Center, Kaufland, Netto, Fridi-Unverpackt, Alnatura as well as drugstores like DM, pharmacies, bakeries and an Intersport are all in a 5-10 minutes by foot vicinity.
The old town of Tübingen is about 15 minutes by foot from here, by bicycle it’s only around 7 minutes. Even though we are located in the centre of Tübingen this is a very quiet living area.

Deine zukünftigen Mitbewohnis sind Anna (21), Andi (20) und Charlie (20).
Anna studiert Medizin, spielt gerne Ukulele und liest mehr als sie Klarinette spielt.
Andi hat eine Ausbildung zum Einzelhandelskaufmann gemacht und fängt im Wintersemester sein Studium an. Er
hat eine Echse in seinem Zimmer (Barbara die Bartagame) und zeichnet gerne (die Bartagame).
Charlie studiert Philosophie und Englisch auf Lehramt. Er spielt Saxophon, kocht super gerne und liest sehr viel.
Wir sind keine Zweck-WG und wollen auch keine sein! Wir kochen sehr viel zusammen (glutenfrei, vegetarisch/vegan), machen Filmabende und sitzen meistens abends gemeinsam in der Küche und quatschen bei einer Tasse Tee. Wir haben ein eher ruhiges WG-Leben und würden uns nicht als Party-WG bezeichnen. Wir würden uns freuen, wenn du ebenfalls Lust auf ein Zusammenleben statt Nebeneinanderherleben hast, aber es gibt natürlich immer die Möglichkeit sich zurückzuziehen und das nimmt einem dann auch niemand übel.


Your future roomies are Anna (21), Andi (20) and Charlie (20).
Anna studies Medicine, likes to play the Ukulele and reads more than she practices the clarinet.
Andi has just completed an apprenticeship as a retail management assistant and will start his studies in the winter semester of 2023. He has a Lizard (Barbara the Bearded Dragon) and likes to draw (the bearded dragon).
Charlie studies Philosophy and English to become a teacher. He plays the Saxophone, loves cooking and reads a lot.
We don’t just live our separate lives here and also don’t want to! We cook a lot together (gluten-free, vegan/vegetarian), have lots of movie nights and like to sit together in the kitchen with a nice cup of tea, talking until the early morning hours.
We like to have a more quiet life and we would not characterise ourselves as party people. We would be happy if you‘d like to share a life with us instead of simply living next to us, even though there obviously is always the opportunity to retreat into your own space, no one will take that personally!

Da wir uns vegan/vegetarisch ernähren und unsere Vermietenden einen Lebenshof besitzen, wäre es uns und ihnen wichtig, dass du ebenfalls vegan/vegetarisch bist. Wir haben einen Putzplan und würden uns als saubere und ordentliche Menschen beschreiben und diese Eigenschaften solltest du bestenfalls mitbringen, damit wir uns alle wohlfühlen können. Am Haus gibt es einen Fahrradstellplatz und wir haben Hühner vor dem Haus. Es sind keine weiteren Haustiere in der Wohnung erlaubt.

Since we live a vegan/vegetarian lifestyle and our landlords run an animal sanctuary it would be important to us that you are a vegan/vegetarian as well. We have a cleaning plan and would describe ourselves as clean and organised people and for the benefit of all our wellbeing it would be best if you‘d bring those qualities with you as well.
We have a place to store bicycles and some chickens in the front of the house. Further pets aren’t allowed in the apartment.
