Hallo, ich suche ab dem 15.08.18 einen Nachmieter für mein WG-Zimmer mit eigenem Bad. Lediglich die Küche ist ein Gemeinschaftsraum. Das Zimmer befindet sich in einer 4-er WG in Lampferding bei Ostermünchen. Eine Gemeinschafts-Waschmaschine, sowie Trockenraum im Dachboden sind vorhanden. Die Warmmiete beträgt 375 Euro (inkl. Strom und WLAN/ LAN-Anschluss). Wenn gewünscht, können Kleiderschrank und Bett abgelöst werden.
Ich ziehe aus. Ansonsten wohnen in der WG zwei Männer (Mitte 40 bis 50 Jahre) und eine Frau (27 Jahre) . Da jedes Zimmer ein eigenes Bad hat, bestehen Berührungspunkte zu den anderen Mitbewohnern nur in der Küche und beim Wäsche Waschen. Dadurch hat man mehr Privatsphäre als in einer "Standard-WG". Das Zimmer ist optimal für jeden der nicht ganz alleine wohnen möchte, aber auch mal gerne seine Ruhe hat. Die WG befindet sich im 1.Stock. Die nächste größere Ortschaft ist ca. 2 km entfernt, ein Zug-Anschluss nach München und Rosenheim ist 2,7 km entfernt.
