Die vor 4 Jahren renovierten Zimmer sind insgesamt ca. 20 qm groß. Es ist hell, freundlich und vor allem ruhig. In der Miete sind Strom, Wasser, Internet und Waschmaschinen Mitbenutzung enthalten. Es ist eine 120Mbit's Kabel Bw Internet Leitung vorhanden, welche ohne Schwierigkeiten allen im Haushalt die Feierabendserien ermöglicht.
Wir vermieten dieses Doppelzimmer gerne auch an Paare. Wobei sich der Status Frauen-Wg aufheben kann aber nicht muss. Der Preis für Paare beträgt 450€ insgesamt und Kaution 900€.
The rooms are renovated 4 years ago. It is 25sq. Its bright, cosy and the most important its in calm neighborhood. Electricity, water, wifi and washingmashine are included in the rent. The internet has a bandwidth of 120 Mbits.
Zum nächsten Bahnhof sind es zu Fuß 10 Minuten. Zur nächsten Bushaltestelle sind es 5 Minuten. Studenten können aber auch direkt zur Uni Ulm in weniger als 15 Minuten laufen. Parkmöglichkeiten sind genügend auf der anliegenden Strasse vorhanden. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind zu Fuß innerhalb 5 Minuten zu erreichen. Es sind hier in Blaustein unter anderem: Müller Drogerie, Aldi, Lidl,Rewe, 24h Tankstelle etc. vorhanden. Das Zimmer befindet sich nicht direkt in Ulm sondern in der Vorstadt Blaustein(ca. 7km entfernt von Ulm). Dennoch wohnen wir direkt sehr nah unter der Uni (ca. 2 km entfernt).
You can walk to the next trainstation during 10 minutes. To the next busstop its 5 minutes. You can walk to the university within 15 minutes uphill. At the street is enough space for free parking. The common shopping opportunities for example are: Müller drugstore, Aldi, Lidl, Rewe, 24h Gasstation. You can reach them in 5 minutes. The room isnt directly in Ulm. But 7km away. Nevertheless we are very close to the university. Just try GoogleMaps.

Das Zimmer ist ideal für Studenten (Anbindung Uni). Aber es sind auch Angestellte und Arbeiter herzlich willkommen.
The room is perfect appropriate for students (very close to the university). But employees and laborer are welcome as well.
