The room has 17m^2, has a door to the shared balcony and is very light.
I will take my furniture (bed, desk and shelf) with me, but the big closet and some shelves belong to the landlord and can so stay inside :)
Kitchen und bathroom are shared with the 4 other flatmates. Additionaly we have a quite big backyard where everyone can Barbecue, enjoy the sun and use the vegtable/herbs bed. We live in a house with two apartments, so there is another WG living below, with which we share the backyard. The WG below is also very nice, they are both from India!
Lage
The House is located at "the lower Eselsberg". Inbetween City and university/Hospital/science Park.
The Bus stop "Burgunderweg" is 5 minutes away by foot.
WG-Leben
Currently there are living;
Fred (21), who is doing an internship in Ulm until end of february,
Petr (34), who works at Nokia and is currently in his hometown in czeck and
at present Valerie (25), but she will move out in December. (Her room is also online, if you want to look at it or maybe know somebody who is also looking for something and you could imagine to move together in this flat: https://www.wg-gesucht.de/wg-zimmer-in-Ulm-Eselsberg.7543653.html)
Sonstiges
The room costs 340 per month, in which everything is included (garbage disposal, GEZ, wifi, heating, water, electricity costs...). So you won't pay more than that.
We would start with online/present visits end of next week, so if you are interested just contact me, I would be very happy.
