The room has 10m², with a nice window on an open view.
The room is currently furnishe from the landlord, and it can be kept or removed if like.
Kitchen und bathroom are shared with the 3 other flatmates. Additionaly we have a quite big backyard where everyone can Barbecue. The house has two apartments, with which we share the backyard.
The House is located at "the lower Eselsberg". In between City and university/Hospital/science Park.
The Bus stop "Burgunderweg" is 4 minutes away by foot.
Currently there are living;
Petr (34), who works at Nokia. Amr (28), who work as PhD student in uni ulm and Tarek (36).
The room costs 280 per month, in which everything is included (garbage disposal, GEZ, wifi, heating, water, electricity costs...). So you won't pay more than that.
