ich, Christian, suche eine neue Mitbewohnerin oder Mitbewohner in der WG.
Die WG liegt Uni-nah, das heißt, sie ist mit dem Fahrrad in 10 Min. zu erreichen oder in 25 Min. zu Fuss. Natürlich gibt es auch ´ne Busverbinduung. :-)
Wir sind eher eine Zweck-WG. Wer also etwas ruhigeres sucht, ist hier richtig. Das heißt aber nicht, dass wir uns aus dem Weg gehen. Gemeinsames Kochen z.B. ist kein Problem.
Die Küche ist gut ausgestattet. Wir haben eine Auswahl an Töpfen, Pfannen, eine Spülmaschiene, Backofen, Mikrowelle, Kaffeemaschiene, Wasserkocher und weiteres für den Küchenbedarf.
Das Bad hat 2 Waschbecken und eine Badewanne. Im Bad haben wir noch eine Waschmaschiene stehen.
Das Zimmer selber ist fast quadratisch, von daher sehr gut nutzbar. Auf der einen Seite ist die Dachschräge, die aber nicht weiters stört.
Die Vermieter sind lockere Leute, die bisher nie ein Problem hatten und die man immer Fragen kann, wenn es ein Problem gibt.
Meine Mitbewohnerin Nicole studiert Wirtschaftsmathe, ich selbst Mathematik.
Wir wohnen beide seit einem Jahr in der WG.
