Sehr helles 11 qm Zimmer in zentraler Lage in netter 3er WG zu vergeben. Das Zimmer ist mit 11 qm zwar nicht sonderlich groß, dafür haben wir eine große Küche mit Sofaecke und einen großzügigen Flur.
Abstellmöglichkeiten in Keller und auf dem Dachboden sind gegeben. Fahrradkeller ebenfalls vorhanden.
!!! Das Zimmer ist ein Durchgangszimmer. Allerdings kann das "isolierte" Zimmer nicht nur durch das momentan freie, sondern auch durch das Zimmer meiner Mitbewohnerin erreicht werden.
Die Wohnung befindet sich 1 min Fußweg von der Haltestelle Justizgebäude. Innenstadt ist auch supernahe, da das Haus sich Ecke Olgastraße/Hafenbad befindet.
Wir sind keine Zweck-WG und suchen eine nette Mitbewohnerin, mit der man auch außerhalb der WG gemeinsame Erlebnisse teilen kann.
Wir studieren beide Medizin und sind unter der Woche tagsüber viel an der Uni.
Wir sind auch offen für Erasmus- bzw. eine internationale Mitbewohnerin.
