Hello everyone,
We are looking for someone to take over my position as a main tenant in this WG. You will be taking the largest room in the apartment. The room is very bright, with two large windows. If you have more questions regarding the room itself, feel free to ask!
The apartment itself has a large bathroom, a separate toilet and a fully furnished kitchen with a small room for storing.
In the building there is a cellar, where we have a place to store our things and room for our washing machine.

Wir suchen jemanden, der meine Stelle als Hauptmieter in dieser WG übernimmt. Du wirst das größte Zimmer in der Wohnung nehmen. Das Zimmer ist sehr hell, mit zwei großen Fenstern. Wenn du weitere Fragen zum Zimmer selbst hast, kannst du mich gerne fragen!
Die Wohnung selbst verfügt über ein großes Badezimmer, eine separate Toilette und eine voll ausgestattete Küche mit einem kleinen Abstellraum.
In dem Gebäude gibt es einen Keller, wo wir einen Platz haben, um unsere Sachen zu lagern und Platz für unsere Waschmaschine.

In just 10 minutes of walking you can reach the Ulmer Münster, the city center or the main train station.
The Stadtwerke bus stop is located just 3 minutes away.
Shopping can be done easily, as stores like Aldi, Norma, Edeka are near as well.
Die Lage der Wohnung ist so perfekt, wie sie nur sein kann:
In nur 10 Gehminuten erreichen Sie das Ulmer Münster, das Stadtzentrum oder den Hauptbahnhof.
Die Haltestelle Stadtwerke liegt nur 3 Minuten entfernt.
Einkaufen kann man gut, denn Geschäfte wie Aldi, Norma, Edeka sind ebenfalls in der Nähe.
WG Life is very friendly and chill. Everyone respects each others boundries. We dont really have any activities that we plan and do together. So if you are not really into active WG life, this place is perfect for you.
You will be moving in with 3 other guys:
Tim, Ibrahim and Omid.
We also have a small cleaning schedule for every week.
Das WG-Leben ist sehr freundlich und entspannt. Jeder respektiert die Grenzen des anderen. Wir haben nicht wirklich irgendwelche Aktivitäten, die wir gemeinsam planen und durchführen. Wenn du also nicht wirklich auf ein aktives WG-Leben stehst, ist dieser Ort perfekt für dich.
Du wirst mit 3 anderen Jungs zusammenwohnen:
Tim, Ibrahim und Omid.
Wir haben auch einen kleinen Putzplan für jede Woche.
As the main tenant you will be responsible for paying for the bills and contacting the Management. The overall rent for the entire WG is ~1700 euro, but it is of course divided by 4. Do not worry if it sounds very serious, it is quite easy and the Verwaltung is always there to help you with questions.
Regarding the furniture, I would like to pass on the black wardrobe, for 100eu. Other furniture, like the tables, bed and etc. can be discussed later.
Als Hauptmieter sind Sie für die Bezahlung der Rechnungen und die Kontaktaufnahme mit der Hausverwaltung verantwortlich. Die Gesamtmiete für die gesamte WG beträgt ~1700 Euro, aber das wird natürlich durch 4 geteilt. Machen Sie ihnen keine Sorgen, wenn es sehr ernst klingt, es ist ganz einfach und die Verwaltung ist immer da, um dir bei Fragen zu helfen.
Was die Möbel angeht, würde ich gerne den schwarzen Kleiderschrank für 100eu weitergeben. Andere Möbel, wie die Tische, Bett und etc. können später besprochen werden.
