da ich zum 01.04.08 nach Stuttgart ziehe, suche ich eine nette Nachmieterin (sollte idealerweise Studentin sein) für mein Zimmer in einer 4er WG in der Radgasse. Die Wohnung liegt sehr zentral an der Frauenstrasse und zum Münsterplatz sind es gerade mal 5 Minuten. Die Lage ist wirklich optimal; praktisch mitten in der Stadt, aber dennoch sehr ruhig.
Einkaufen und Busanbindung sind kein Problem. Das Zimmer ist mit 20qm recht groß und in der Wohnung ist eigentlich
alles vorhanden: Küche mit Herd, Backofen, Kühlschrank und Mikrowelle, ein sehr großes Bad mit Badewanne und noch
ein zusätzliches WC, Zentralheizung, Waschmaschine, Kabel TV und DSL Internet, sowie ein Keller und Anwohnerparken.
Die Miete beträgt inklusive allem (also auch Internet) 329 Euro.
