One room, approx 13m2 is vacant in my 2 Room newly renovated WG (Baurengasse, Ulm). The rent will be 600 Euros including everything. It's been renovated this year and I was the first one to move after renovation. The move in date is from 01st Jan. 2024
The apartment is fully furnished with everything you need. A nice cozy Kitchen with Oven, Microwave, Dishwasher and Utensils, Washroom and Dining Table, TV, WLAN, Sofa and Washing Machine is already there. Bed, Wardrobe and Table, Chair will be also provided by the landlord.
There are more than enough Kitchen Utensils, so you don't need to bring one. Also, all the furniture and utensils are new in the Apartment.
Dining Table, TV, big Cupboard and sofa is in the living room which is approx 14m2.
Currently I am living in the room which you will take. I will move to the 2nd room in the apartment.

2 mins to the river
Supermarket can be reached in 5 mins
Shopping places are also very nearby

5 mins to Ulm Rathaus by Walk

Something about me. I am Abhishek, 26 years old from India. I am currently working as a Aircraft Design Engineer in Laupheim. I have been in Germany for 4 years.
I am a uncomplicated and social person. I am a non smoker. I respect other people privacy. I like to cook a lot so most evenings, you will find me in the Kitchen. Also, I like to travel on weekends or just play with my VR.
It would be nice to chat in the evenings or sometimes go for a walk near the river which is just 1 minute away, ofcourse not in the winters. If you go to Fitness Studio, then you can join me. I am also open to drink beer sometimes.
