I’m Josean a 26 years old guy from Spain. Since January I´m living in Ulm now and finally got a really nice flat to share. It's pretty central just a 3min walk from Hauptbahnhof.
The flat is really big and reasonably priced for two persons. It has windows on two sides, a balcony a huge living room, basement and besides kitchen and bathroom also a small room for the washing machine and stuff like that.
The flat is pretty central just a 3min walk from Hauptbahnhof and lovely "Fischer Viertel" with its bars is also just at 10min walking distance.
To walk to the tram and bus stop "Ehinger Tor" will take you 4min. If you have a car you'll love that you'll have your own private parking place. Connection to all areas of Ulm is quite easy via B10.
As you might already noticed, my German isn't that good yet ;-)
it's because I'm from Spain and I'm working as an engineer at Airbus. At the moment I'm learning German in a language school.
Till I'll be fit enough in German language it would be perfect if we could speak in English.
In my leisure time I like to play guitar, love music and I enjoy having some beers with friends in Ulm's pubs. Moreover I play football regularly and do also running.
