In unserer super tollen 4er Wg wird ab April bis Ende August ein Zimmer zur Zwischenmiete frei.
Wir machen gern was zusammen, sind also keine Zweck WG.
Die Wohnung ist super Zentral, nur 100 Meter bis zum Ehinger Tor; zu Fuß in die Altstadt, zur Donau oder zur Fußgängerzone braucht man auch nur 10 Minuten.
Unsere Wohnung ist ein schöner renovierter Altbau mit hohen Decken und großer Wohnküche
zum gemeinsam kochen, chillen, Musik hören...
In allen Zimmern gibt es große Fenster.
Auch ansonsten haben wir alles was man so braucht (Waschmaschine, Spülmaschine, Trockner... :) )
Das zu vermietende Zimmer ist teilmöbliert.
Wir sind eine bunte Mischung aus Studenten und Berufstätigen ( Schauspielstudentin, Medizintechnik Student, Industriemechaniker) und freuen uns auf den oder die neue/n Mitbewohner/in!!!
