nachdem ich aus beruflichen Gruenden nach Stuttgart ziehe, wird mein -WG-Zimmer in einer unkomplizierten 4-er WG frei.
Die naechste Tramstation ist ca. 5 Minuten entfernt. Buslinie 7 erreicht man in 1 Minute. Zum Muenster braucht man ca. 5 Minuten mit dem Fahrrad.
Die WG verfuegt ueber einen Geschirrspuele, 3 Kuehschraenke und eine Waschmaschine. WLAN ist ebenfalls vorhanden.

I´m moving to Stuttgart so I´m looking for someone to take over my room. It is close to the Stadtmittel.
The house is occupied by three other germans who study/work. We have:
a living room
a small kitchen
a Washing machine
three small
fridges
one bathroom and one shower room
dishwasher
internet and a land line
The room has a bit of furniture if needed and a matress.
Die naechste Tramstation ist ca. 5 Minuten entfernt. Buslinie 5 und 7 erreicht man in 2
Minuten. Gleich um die Ecke gibt es mehrere Kebab und verschiedene Take aways.
The building is next to the treff 3000 and there are some Kebab and pizza places on the corner. The bus stop for the number 7 is also right in front of the building and it goes to theater where you can change to go to uni or the hbf.
Meine Mitbewohner studieren bzw. arbeiten und sind sehr unkompliziert. Im Haus gibt es mehrere WGs, aber auch Familien.
The people in the house are very easy going and should not be a problem to get along well with any of them. The building is also a mix of some wgs and some families but so far no problems with anything. We share the chores of the house so everything is also kept in order most of the time.
