dein zukünftiges WG-Zimmer ist rechteckig geschnitten, ca. 16m² groß und liegt im Herzen Ulms. Es hat einen riesigen Wandschrank ( der mit in die qm eingerechnet ist!), in dem man sehr viel unterbekommt. Die Wohnung verfügt über eine große Küche, ein schönes Bad und eine große Dachterrasse. Diese liegt im Sommer bis Abends in der Sonne und lädt zum gemeinsamen Grillen ein.
Ausgestattet sind wir mit einer Spülmaschine, einer Waschmaschine im Keller und sonst auch allem was man fürs Backen und Kochen braucht.
Der Einzugstermin ist in gewissen Grenzen verhandelbar.

Dear potential flatmate,
your future room is rectangular, about 16 qm and lies right in the center of Ulm. It has a giant built-in closet, where you can really store a lot. The flat has a big kitchen, a nice bathroom and a big roof-top terrace. During summer this has sun until the evening and is perfect for having barbecues.
We have a dishwasher, a washing mashine in the basement and everything you need in the kitchen.
The exact move-in date is to some extent negotiable.
Die Wohnung liegt ca. 50m vom Münsterplatz entfernt, mit allen Einkaufsmöglichkeiten die die Innenstadt dir bietet. Zum Wochenmarkt und den städtischen Veranstaltungen ist es auch nur ein Katzensprung. So ist immer was los wenn du einen Zeitvertreib suchst. Das Donauufer erreichst in du 5-10min zu Fuß und auch zur Friedrichsau bist du in 15min gelaufen. Ansonsten erreichst du Alles auch in kürzester Zeit mit dem Fahrrad.
Den Bahnhof, mit Straßenbahnhaltestelle und ZOB erreichst du genau wie die Haltestellen "Theater" und "Neue Mitte" in 5min.

The flat is about 50m from the Münsterplatz, with all the shopping facilities the city center has to offer. There is always something going on. You can reach the Danube within 5-10mins by foot and Friedrichsau in about 15. Everything can also be reached easily by bike.
The main station and the bus stops "Theater" and "Neue Mitte" are about 5mins away.
Die Wohnung teilst du dir mit Aynur, Michael und dem Kater Hades. Wegen Hades ist es wichtig dass du mit Katzen auskommst und keine Allergien hast. Michael kommt aus Australien und lernt noch Deutsch, manchmal sprechen wir deswegen Englisch untereinander.
Generell lebt es sich bei uns sehr ungezwungen. Wir sind keine WG der geschlossenen Türen. Wir treffen uns gerne nach der Uni bzw. Arbeit in der Küche zum Essen/Quatschen oder vor dem Fernseher im Flur und frühstücken am Wochenende auch zusammen. Gelegentlich veranstalten wir Filmabende, gehen zusammen auf WG-Partys oder auf einen gemütlichen Sonntagsspaziergang entlang der Donau. Die Terrasse ist unser Sommerwohnzimmer, wo wir häufiger grillen und wir haben auch gerne Besuch da.

You will be sharing the flat with Aynur, Michael and Hades the cat. Because of Hades it is necessary that you don’t have any problems with cats and you shouldn’t be allergic against them. Michael comes from Australia and is still learning German, so sometimes we speak English in the flat.
Our WG-life is pretty chilled. We usually have our doors open and like to meet after uni/work in the kitchen or in front the TV in the hall. Especially on the weekend we sometimes have breakfast together and from time to time we'll have movie nights, go to a party together or take a Sunday walk along the Danube. During summer, the terrace is our living room, where we love to have a barbecue and we also like having friends around.
