Hinsichtlich verschiedener Gründe wie Ende des Studiums, Praktikums usw. verlassen wir nach vier Jahren mit wunderbaren Erinnerungen, unsere geliebte WG. Die Vermieter bevorzugen jedoch nur Mädchen (am liebsten Studentinnen).
Die komplette WG ist 140 qm² groß. Es gibt also eine Menge Platz für vier Leute. Die Wohnung verfügt über 4 Schlafzimmer, ein großes Bad mit Dusche, Badewanne und Waschmaschine.
Darüberhinaus gibt es auch ein Gäste-WC, ein großes Wohnzimmer mit Sofasitz- und Essecke, sowie eine große, geräumige Küche mit allem, was das Kochherz begehrt (natürlich auch eine Spülmaschine und sogar 2 Kühlschränken und Gefrierfach).
Die Anbindung ist prima. Zu Fuß kommt man in ca. 7 Minuten an das Münster, in 6 Minuten ans Theater und in 10 Minuten an den Hauptbahnhof. So wohnt man wirklich zentral und kann alles ohne Auto oder Bus auch erreichen. Sowohl Unis und Hochschule in Ulm, als auch auch die HNU in Neu-Ulm sind super vom Bahnhof oder Neue Mitte aus erreichbar.
