Vermietet wird ein Zimmer mit ca. 12m², Dielenboden und einer Wand mit leichter Dachschräge.
Wir haben ein Bad mit Waschmaschine, großem inWaschbecken und begehbarer Dusche; davon abgetrennt eine Toilette mit Waschbecken; eine Küche mit Spülmaschine, Herd, Ofen, großem Kühlschrank, Gefriertruhe und viel Arbeitsfläche. Außerdem haben wir einen großen Flur (willst du vielleicht einen Tischkicker mitbringen? ;)) und ein großes Wohnzimmer.
Unsere Wäsche hängen wir im Speicher auf, wo wir auch ausreichend Staumöglichkeiten haben. Zusätzlich haben wir ein Abteil im Keller, in dem man Sachen lagern und Fahrräder abstellen kann.

The room has approx. 12m², timber piling, and a slight roof pitch on one wall.
We have got a bathroom with washing machine, big washbasin and walk-in shower; separate from that a toilet plus sink; a kitchen with dishwasher, stove, big fridge, freezer and loads of work space. Furthermore, we’ve got a large hall (maybe you wanna bring a football table? ;)) and a big living room. Our washing we hang up in the attic where we also have plenty storage room. Additionally, we have a compartment in the basement where we can also store things and park our bikes.
Das Haus liegt direkt gegenüber vom Alten Friedhof, zwischen Oststadt und Innenstadt und damit sehr zentral. Die Straßenbahnhaltestellen Justizgebäude und Willy-Brandt-Platz sind fußläufig in wenigen Minuten zu erreichen. Es gibt zahlreiche Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in der Nähe. Von allen Fenstern aus blickt man auf Bäume, von der Küche aus hat man Münsterblick. Die Lage ist sehr ruhig, nur vormittags hört man die Kinder auf dem Schulhof direkt hinter dem Haus.

The house is located opposite to the old cemetery, between Oststadt and City, therefore it’s quite central. The tram stations „Justizgebäude“ and „Willy-Brandt-Platz“ are within 5 minutes walking distance. There are several shopping opportunities nearby. Out of all our windows you see trees, from the kitchen you see the Münster. It’s pretty quiet, only in the mornings you hear the children on the school ground behind the house.
Wir (w, 28 & 36) sind berufstätig und entsprechend nicht allzu häufig zu Hause. Dennoch ist unsere Wohngemeinschaft keine reine Zweck-WG, sondern wir wollen bewusst miteinander leben. Nicht umsonst weist unsere Wohnung etwa 60m² gemeinsame Wohnfläche auf.
Dementsprechend suchen wir einen Mitwohnmenschen (LGBTI* und PoC sind ausdrücklich willkommen), der auch zu uns passt: vegetarisch/vegan/freegan (fleischfreie Küche!), öko, mit einem möglichst nachhaltigen Lebensstil, politisch interessiert, gerne essend, Musik und Tanz nicht abgeneigt und doch empfänglich für das Bedürfnis nach Ruhephasen. Es wäre toll, wenn du auch ein Bedürfnis nach einer gewissen Grundsauberkeit mitbringen würdest und kein*e Putzphobiker*in bist! =)

We (female, 28 & 36) work a lot and thus don’t spend so much time at home. Nonetheless, we do not only share our flat, we want to be a community and consciously live together. Not for nothing our flat has about 60m² shared space.
Therefore, we search for a flat mate (LGBTI* and PoC are explicitly welcome), who shares some characteristics with us: vegetarian/vegan/freegan (meatfree kitchen!), ecologically orientated, interested in a sustainable life style, politically interested, enjoying eating, not reluctant to music and dancing but at the same time receptive for the need for quiet phases. It would be great if you felt the need for some cleanliness and weren’t a total cleaning phobic! =)
