The apartment (about 80m²) is located on the fourth floor and has a cozy, fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, microwave, oven and a refrigerator, an average sized bathroom with a sink, shower, toilet, and a washing machine. In addition, we have a private cellar where you can put your bike well.
The 16 m² room has a huge, super isolated window front and is very well flooded with light. It was a great experience for me living in this apartment for a year and a half, but I am now planning to have an individual apartment for my own. Therefore, I'm looking for a new occupant to my current room.
We live close to the Donau. The Beer Academy is just around the corner. The Ulmer Münster is 5 min by walk. The large shopping street and the main train station are (on foot) a maximum of 13 minutes. The bus takes about 25 minutes to the University South and the University West.
The supermarkets Rewe, Lidl and Feneberg are available within 5 min by walk.
No matter where you want, you're everywhere by bike in 10 minutes :)
The current situation is that, all of the current occupants are leaving, so you have a chance to create something new for yourself, start your own routine and have a great experience at the same time.
