Suche hiermit einen Nachmieter für mein Zimmer in einer 3er WG in der Ulmer City (Nähe Ostbahnhof), da ich bald in eine eigene Wohnung umziehen werde. Das Zimmer hat 25m², liegt im 3. OG und ist hell und geräumig mit den für Gründerzeithäuser typischen hohen Decken. Die angegebenen 375€ sind Warmmiete, darin enthalten ist alles außer Internet und GEZ. Bei Bedarf kann für 15€/Monat noch ein Kellerraum dazu gemietet werden.
Die Anbindung an den ÖPNV ist dank der zentralen Lage recht problemlos (ca. 2 Min Gehzeit zum Bahnhof Ulm Ost, ca. 5 Min zur Bushaltestelle) und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind auch in der direkten Umgebung vohanden. Ausgehmöglichkeiten gibt es einige im direkten Umfeld (Club Eden, Heidi, Swobsters Bar, etc.)
Habe noch 2 absolut entspannte und umgängliche Mitbewohner, wir unternehmen auch ab und zu was zusammen, jedoch ist am Wochenende meist niemand zu Hause.
Die Möbel auf dem Foto werden nicht mit vermietet.
