Die Wohnung befindet sich in einem Altbau und liegt im 2. OG. Es gibt insgesamt vier Zimmer: 3 WG-Zimmer und ein Wohnzimmer, Bad und WC sind getrennt. Insgesamt ist die WG sehr hell mit vielen Fenstern und einer großen Küche. Trotz der Innenstadt-Lage ist es ruhig, da das Haus in einem Innenhof liegt.
Dein Zimmer ist 16 qm groß, hat zwei Fenster und einen Kabelanschluss für einen Fernseher. Das Zimmer ist hell mit schönen, alten Dielen und sehr gut geschnitten.
Am allerliebsten keine Zwischenmiete, suchen für längerfristig ;)
Die WG liegt sehr zentral in der Ulmer Stadtmitte. In ca. 3-5 min ist die nächste Bushaltestelle "Theater" und in 7 min die Innenstadt zu Fuß zu erreichen.
Aktuell wohnen wir zu zweit in der WG. Julia studiert und Vero ist berufstätig.
