Teilmöbliertes 11,5m² WG-Zimmer im Herzen (Neu-) Ulms

Die Lage der Wohnung ist einfach spitze. **Wir sind in der Neu-Ulmer Stadtmitte**, aber wohnen zentraler als viele Ulmer. In weniger als 5 Gehminuten erreichst du:
- 3 Bushaltestellen (inklusiv Linie 5 und 7) mit denen man in 10-20 Minuten jeden Zielort in der Ulmer Innenstadt erreicht
- 5 Supermärkte/Drogerien (CAP/Edeka, Denns, Rewe, Müller und DM)
- Glacis Galerie (Einkaufszentrum) und Bahnhof Neu-Ulm
- Mehrere tolle Restaurants und Cafes (und ein paar ordentliche Bäckereien)
- Die wunderschöne Donau ;)

Zusätzlich findet mittwochs und samstags der Wochenmarkt direkt vor der Tür am Petrusplatz statt.

The location of the apartment is simply fantastic. **We're in the Neu-Ulm city center**, but we live more centrally than most people in Ulm do. We're less than 5 minutes walk away from:
- 3 bus stations (including lines 5 and 7) that get you anywhere in the Ulm city center in 10-20 minutes
- 5 supermarkets/drugstores (CAP/Edeka, Denns, Rewe, Müller, and DM)
- The Glacis Galerie shopping center/Neu-Ulm Train Station
- Several great restaurants and cafes (and a few decent bakeries)
- The beautiful Danube ;)

In addition, there's a weekly farmers market right outside our door at the Petrusplatz every Wednesday and Saturday.

damit es so einfach wie möglich bleibt: In unserer WG und unserem Haus ändert sich momentan ein bisschen was - neue Verträge, Zimmerwechsel und Freunde verlassen uns, um neue Abenteuer zu unternehmen. Der Hannes (M/31/gebürtig aus Nordamerika) und die Dani (F/30/gebürtig aus Deutschland) bleiben in der WG und werden deine neuen Mitbewohner sein. Hannes ist Freiberufler in der Ulmer Gegend und Dani arbeitet momentan bis den Winter auf einem Campingplatz in Österreich. Wir beide wohnen sehr gerne hier und würden uns als sehr freundlich, kreativ und gesellig beschreiben. Und obwohl wir beide gerne unter der Woche unsere Ruhe haben, ist es uns auch wichtig Spaß zu haben. Wir sind immer für ein Feierabendbier in der Küche oder auf dem Balkon zu haben und gehen ab und zu mal zusammen aus, wenn unsere Freundeskreise oder Einladungen überlappen.

Damit es zu keinem Missverständnis kommt: Wir sind keine Party-WG (aus unterschiedlichen Gründen, frag gerne nach), aber wir genießen es doch sehr, Freunde auf Abendessen, zu Cocktails, oder was auch immer einzuladen. Natürlich kann es auch mal länger werden, wenn die Stimmung passt und die Getränke fließen, aber wir übertreiben es einfach selten haha.

Kommunikation und Respekt sind uns sehr wichtig und wir achten darauf, dass jede/r seinen/ihren Raum und Ruhe bekommt, wenn er/sie möchte - sei es für die Arbeit, den Schlaf, oder die Seele. Die anderen Bewohner/innen hier im Haus sind auch sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.

Deutsch ist die Hauptsprache in der WG, aber Hannes spricht Englisch als Muttersprache und Dani auch auf hohem Niveau. Hannes kann auch ziemlich fließend Spanisch sprechen und Dani kann auch gut Niederländisch verstehen.

Hi there,
To keep things simple: Our WG and house are currently going through a few changes - new contracts, changing rooms, and friends moving on to new adventures. Hannes (M/31/from North America) and Dani (F/22/from Germany) are staying in the WG and will be your new roommates. Hannes is a freelancer in and around Ulm and Dani is currently working at a campsite in Austria until the Winter. Both of us really enjoy living here and are very friendly, creative, and social. And even though we both like to have our peace during the workweek, it's important to us to have fun as well. We're always up for a chat and a "Feiereabendbier" in the kitchen or on the balcony and we occasionally attend social gatherings/parties together when our friend groups and invitations overlap.

Just to be clear: We are not a party WG (for several reasons, feel free to ask), but we still enjoy having friends over for dinners and cocktail evenings or whatever sounds fun. Things can obviously last a while when the mood is right and the drinks are flowing, but we don't overdo it very often haha.

Communication and respect are also very important to us, and we make sure that everyone gets the space and quiet that they need when they need it; whether for work, sleep, or the soul. The community in the house is also very friendly and supportive.

German is the main language in the apartment, but Hannes' mother tongue is English and Dani can also speak it very well. Hannes can also speak Spanish quite fluently and Dani understands Dutch very well.

- LGBTQ+freundlich sein. Keine Ausnahme. Wir lieben unsere Freunde wie sie sind.
- offen kommunizieren können. Wir sind eine internationale WG und möchten uns gut verstehen.
