Das nach Südosten ausgerichtete Zimmer hat 15qm und ist durch ein großes Fenster auch schön hell. Vor dem Fenster gibt es eine gute Möglichkeit draussen zu sitzen, ausserdem hat die Wohnung einen Balkon, den alle Bewohner nutzen dürfen (Zugang über anderes Zimmer)
Möbliert: Bett, Schrank, Schreibtisch, Stuhl, Kommode und Regal bleiben drin, sind da aber natürlich flexibel.
The room faces direction southeast, has 15 sqm and a big window which makes the room quite light. To enjoy a bit the fresh air, you can also sit outside in front of the window plus we have a balcony - although belongs to the other room, but you can spend there nice evenings with flatmates.
Fully furnished: Bed, wardrobe, desk, chair and bookshelf stay in the room, but I'm flexible with it.
Neu-Ulm, ruhig und zentral(zu Fuß ca. 5min vom Petrusplatz, 10min vom Ulmer Münster), Bus in Richtung Uni Ulm oder Hochschule Neu-Ulm in 3min zu erreichen. Neben dem Haus befindet sich eine Pizzeria auch eine Bäckerei ist um die Ecke, zum nächsten Supermarkt bzw zum Glacis-Center benötigt man auch nur 6min zu Fuß.
Neu-Ulm, central location (by foot 5min
to Petrusplatz, 10min to Ulm Center), bus to Uni Ulm or Hochschule Neu-Ulm is only 3min. There's a pizzeria next door, a bakery around the corner and the next supermarket and the shopping mall is also close by.
Momentan wird die WG von zwei Studenten gewohnt. In der WG wurde schon immer gerne gekocht und zusammen gegessen und auch Sport zusammen gemacht. Und es würde mich freuen wenn es weiterhin klappen würde.
In our flat we always like cooking, eating and doing sport together. Would be great to keep it like this.
Nach Rücksprache ist das Zimmer auch etwas früher/später und auch kürzer/länger verfügbar.
