Unsere 130 qm Wohnung sucht 3 nette Bewohner für eine WG-Neugründung. Zur gemeinsamen Nutzung steht ein großes Tageslicht-Bad (12qm) mit Badewanne und Dusche, sowie eine Küche inklusive Spühlmaschine und großem Kühlschrank.
Das WC ist separat mit Fenster und es gibt noch eine kleine Speise/Abstellkammer.

Das Zimmer ist 27 qm groß und frisch renoviert.
Die WG liegt zentral in der Neu-Ulmer Innenstadt, alles ist in wenigen Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar:
- Neu-Ulmer Bahnhof 4 min zu Fuß, Verbindung zu allen Buslinien und Zügen (RB/RE/IC)
- Optimale Verbindung mit Linie 5 Wissenschaftsstadt und Eselsberg Ulm
- Apotheke, Supermarkt 4 min zu Fuß
- Donau 5 min zu Fuß
- Ulmer Innenstadt mit dem Radl 5 min, zu Fuß ca. 15min
Parkmöglichenkeiten sind in der Strasse für Besucher als auch für Anwohner (mit Parkausweis).
Wir suchen für eine WG-Neugründung nette Mitbewohner die Wert auf eine geräumige Wohnung in zentraler Lage legen.
