mein Studium neigt sich dem Ende. Nun suche ich eine/n Nachmieter/in für mein Zimmer in meiner 4er-WG.
Das Zimmer könnte mit oder ohne Möbel überlassen werden. Je nachdem was ihr für euer künftiges Zuhause noch so benötigt.
Außerdem ist die Wohnung voll ausgestattet. dh. Spülmaschine, Waschmaschine, Herd/Ofen, Badewanne/Dusche etc.
Zugang über das Fenster (sehr nieder) zum wirklich großen Balkon. Dort könnte geraucht werden. Außerdem grillen wir dort gerne.
Mit dem Fahrrad eine Viertelstunde zu den Hochschulen in Ulm und Neu-Ulm. Einkaufsmöglichkeit um die Ecke. Bushaltestelle 3 Min.
Stadtpark "Friedrichsau" in unmittelbarer Nähe.
Ruhige Gegend. Nette Nachbarn.
Und für Ulmer Verhältnisse ein unschlagbarer Mietpreis.
