Hello,
My room would be available from 11th of November(unlimited). It is 11 square meter in 9th floor in Student dormitory Sprollheim(elevator available). http://www.sprollheim.de/
It has a big window and very nice view to the surrounding. It has a bed,desk,closet,bookshelf and a washing basin inside the room.
The kitchen and bathroom are shared and are cleaned by cleaning ladies once a week. Bus station is nearby(direct bus to Uni and also 3-4 bus stations away from the city center). It has facilities such as Laundry room, fitness room, study room, party room, billiard and kickers. If you are a foreign student you need to pay 300 Euro as prepaid money which is refundable. One needs to pay one time a nonrefundable renovation cost of 180 Euro when signing the contract.
Please email me() if you are interested to rent this room so that we can arrange a visiting date. Please note that you should be either a student or have a working contract with University.
